When advertising your property a deposit of 20% of the booking value is requested to be paid with one week of booking. Then full payment is expected at least 4 weeks before arrival unless arranged with the owner. If a late booking is secured then the deposit is to be paid immediately with the balance expected on arrival. A security deposit of 150 euros is taken on arrival and held until a satisfactory inspection upon departure.
